Private Tutoring and Personal Coaches

Private Tutoring -- 3:1 Ratio: (Grades 1st-12th)

Students will be tutored in the Power Reading philosophy. Increasing speed, comprehension and recall are foundational to our tutoring approach. Students will be assessed with a third-party, objective, standardized test. A personal program will be created and implemented during 1-2 hour sessions. No long term commitments necessary. Students and parents can choose to incorporate class work and homework to maximize study time. Experienced and trained tutors can tutor in a variety of subjects including, math, reading, writing, study skills, organization, social studies and science.

$29/hour at our Northfield, IL location. All materials provided.

Personal Academic Coach 1:1 Ratio: (Grades 5th-12th; COLLEGE STUDENTS)

A personal Academic Coach is ideal for students seeking a real academic edge. Coaches consult the student in areas of study habits, study environments and organizational obstacles. The Personal Academic Coach can meet students in their environment, tutor in a variety of subjects, and help the student form great learning habits. The Personal Academic Coach will teach the student in a one-on-one environment each Power Course (two courses per block). Coaches are dynamic, experienced and engaging. In addition to being carefully and comprehensively trained by Kinetic Advanced Learning, all coaches have demonstrated exemplary performance in a college environment and have experience tutoring or teaching.

Professionals or Life-Long Learners looking for an edge in their industry or job market can receive personal, one-on-one attention from a Kinetic Personal Skills Coach and receive The Power Reading course and Power Writing course in a private setting. Kinetic coaches help busy people maximize their time with creating personal efficiency, creating organization and analyzing personal habits. Experienced and trained Kinetic coaches who are seasoned in the world of business will be your guide.
